SEFF 2005 -- THE Electric Event of the Year! -- Event Coverage

Well folks, Electrics are coming of age and SEFF 2005 showed this in a huge way. The technological advances in the past five years were stunning in both motor and brushless technology and what the pilots can now do with planes are incredible. SEFF 2005 was one of the premier events in the United States and, despite the weather, Jeff and his crew did an excellent job making sure the demonstrations were exciting and the event ran smoothly. Over two hundred pilots were registered -- despite the high winds that plagued the event on Friday through Sunday -- many pilots still flew their models.
